What isn't harder to develop on the PS3?

As for HDD being standard on the PS3, it seems more to me that the HDD isn't for a betterment of the system as much as it is a crutch to counteract the slow BD. Even with the HDD PS3 load times still aren't that much faster (sometimes even slower) than the 360.

I own a PS3 and I really like it (I even bought a game for it today), but I can understand developers gripes with the system. HD console development is already more expensive and therefore it is riskier than last generation and the PS3 is the hardest to develop for and has the lowest market share.

Give the developers a break! If you love the PS3 and 360 just be happy that both are getting a lot of games for both systems.
