Yes, I think it is very fair. I have already seen several reviews main gripes revolve around the pricing and amount of content for said price. Not the gameplay itself. Oh.....and graphic whores...
Most have stated that it is an awesome experience, and well worth it for fans of the Halo series.
Cant wait to get my copy.
