I love how people are making the erroneous argument that because it is the beeb that BBC management can not screw up. They allowed a chap with a history of working for Sony's competition preform a hatchet job under the beeb banner. This is a clear case of the shows editor/management failing.

Let us check out Iain Lee views on the console wars: http://tech.uk.msn.com/gaming/article.aspx?cp-documentid=7838134

This guys screams conflict of interest.

"You have to feel sorry for everyone that plumped for the PS3 over the 360. Not the Sony die-hard that would buy a polished poo if it had the Sony logo on."

"Firstly, the 360 came out and is as close to perfect as you can get. Don’t get me wrong, I may be in the employ of Microsoft to write this column, but there is no way I’m taking dirty money.”

I hope Sony UK does take this to court, would wake beeb up that impartiality and reporting facts is not something that passively occurs.

Agreed.
