I'm completely with Darth on this one.
IMO, there is absolutely no way Uncharted will be better than MGS4. MGS4 is 100% perfection in a video game. Kojima nailed it right the fuck on.
Uncharted, as amazing as it is, has a long way before it reaches MGS as a series in general. Having played Uncharted 2 online I am actually a bit let down by the way it is. It will still be an absolutely astounding, AAA experience, but I am more looking forward to the single player campaign at this point.
A game like MGS4 comes along once a decade if we are lucky.
