My Portable ID does not update!

>_< Yeah well the title says it all... My portable ID on VG won't update. D: I know it's not THAT big a deal but.. I have the portable, and I want it to function properly. :( Does anyone else have this problem? 

I tried on different web-browsers and nothing. :(
