I'm all for DD and basically cutting out the middle man. I one day will like to be a game developer, and retailers like gamestop cutting into the money that the devs make by advertising their used games and making tons of money off of it disgusts me. I mean, how many times does gamestop have a "trade-in" deal where if you trade in 3 specific games, you can buy a new one for 20 dollars. Those 3 specific games are either recent, or big sellers so they will be able to sell that used copy for like 50 dollars or so, ridiculous.
I know its just business, and they are doing what they can do to be more profitable, but they can't forget who it is that is keeping them profitable. Don't bite the hand that feeds you, in this case, its the devs.
