I respect the fact that some of you label this stealing...although it is not stealing in any type of legal or factual sense. But, others don't see it as stealing. Even the pope. I asked him. Not stealing.
The store policy is they reserve the right to make the decision. He presented an advertisement for them to review. It wasn't his decision to make, and they didn't base their decision on his input. They offered him the price of $6.99 and he took it. And if you've done business with people for any length of time, you will realize this is the approach they are taking with you.
