Only by eating less can u lose those inches, and when it comes to proportions it's the other way around - if anything, you should train ur upper body to make it bulkier compared to your lower body (which is extremely hard for a woman though). |
You don't get it... I'm quite petite, have small breasts and big hips. It looks weird. I don't want a flat ass, I just want it toned and un-jello-fied. Is it wrong to want to look healthy? I have over 11 inches difference between my hips and waist. It's BIG.
Oh and you know, instead of sounding rude and say things like "U (it's you btw) want to look like a boy?" there are nicer ways to say things... You know nothing about what my body is like and a few pics just doesn't say a lot. So please breathe and think before judging. Thanks.
