i think grimmjow will help ichigo because he wants to fight him so what good would that do if he died also ichigo saved him from Nnoitra so he owes ichigo a favor and he doesn't like it when he owes them favors
Ulqiorra is in the best place to be right now once we go back to Hueco Mundo orihime will bring him back to life
