Suggesting the presenter is biased is totally ridiculous. The BBC is a very respectable organization and wouldn't allow petty bias's get in it's way. Also, I highly doubt this presenter guy did the research or whatever, he's just a presenter who probably reads from a script. Never diss the BBC, epsecially Americans, it's just stupid. The beed is a brilliant organization and it doesn't hate sony or something, stop being so childish. Also, this case would never get to court in the UK.
