Also, from DirtyP's 'maybe' list Dead Rising 2, Lost Planet 2 and I Am Alive are guaranteed milllion sellers.

I don't think that I Am Alive will reach a million. It has very little hype and I have no idea what it is myself

M8, it's made by Ubisoft. Nearly all of their HD games become million sellers, and I Am Alive has a great plot and setting (wake up and survive after a global catastrophy)

If Prince of Persia can't manage a million I don't think I Am Alive can unfortunately. Certainly not guaranteed
