This is Biased reporting at its best. not to mention the statistics are as inaccurate as the game informer is with RRoD.

Correct it is. It is biased towards the consumer. That is because it is a show about consumer protection.

The BBC is the least biased news organisation in the world. It has no commercial motive to distort the truth; Watchdog normally does a great public service reporting on everything else.

If they got it wrong it would be unintentionally, through lack of research. Still, there are an unacceptably high number (even 2% is too much by normal electronics standards) of YLOD failures and since they all happen the same way without customer fault it must be a design flaw. The UK has strong consmer protection laws for this kind of thing and Sony will be forced to grant refunds or free repair if it comes to it.

Sony is really stupid to try and sue the BBC. It doesn't work; this isn't America.
