There are MANY people out there that are empowering fat people to stay fat. Heck, there was even a much-hyped TV show which was essentially a plus-sized bachelor which was to encourage fat people and their fattness.
Furthermore, I don't get the tumor example. How the heck does a deadly tumor equate with gender assignment or fat?
