i think the term "best" can mean so many different things. i have favourite games from the early 90s and from the last couple of years, but graphically and technologically yeah this is the superior gen, but then every new generation WILL be, i guess..
i think it will be the longest because console manufacturers have finally created 3 beautiful machines that, between them, can do everything and satisfy every gamer (and non-gamer)'s desires. 
and the machines this gen are all pretty impressive..
i'm a happy bunny. and i still plan on buying both a 360 and a PS3slim in the near future because im pretty sure they'll be around for a while.
Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony are always working to improve tho, so...
