I take it you haven't played Ninja Gaiden Black then. Since most people that has played both Sigma and Black will tell you that black is better. Sigma added stuff that sucks and cant be skipped, changed some parts of the game that was actually good into something worse, so no Sigma is not the "ultimate version". Sigma 2 will be better than NG2 though (i hope) since NG2 was laking everything but gore and difficulty. They usually need a extra year to perfect it, with NG1 it was black this time around is probably Sigma 2.
