2010 is a lifetime away...the Healthcare debate has been hijacked by people with an agenda that far beyond Healthcare. We need Healthcare reform...everybody admits it...it's a question of what? The people attacking this issue, have recently taken up the anti-Healthcare reform banner...before, it was stimulus and bailouts. They don't give a rat's ass about your healthcare...they are using it as proxy. By next year, when the stimulus money had properly matriculated into the economy, and we aren't staring down total collapse, their arguments are going to fall flat. The banks have already started paying back the Government...why...because THIS administration put serious caps on their ability to operate, while holding taxpayer dollars. Are you going to stop it all...no...but if the top guys aren't getting fat bonuses...better believe their subordinates aren't going to get them either...it's an ego thing. So...the slam was...the taxpayer would never see the bank bailout money back...wrong so far...we are actually seeing profits...the stimulus was a waste...err...first off...1/3 of it was tax cuts (But the lying rightwing will never talk about that)...and out of the rest...only a small amount has been used, due to the Federal government not allowing the money to be wasted...like the previous administration let happen with the hundreds of billions wasted in Iraq and Afghanistan. So...some democrats might be worried now, but come next November, they are all going to be suckling onto this agenda...watch and see...and Communist hater and his ilk, who live a world of no accountability will only get angrier and angrier by the day. Hey...if they don't like it...let them move to Colombia or some other rightwing country with "family values" agenda...but-I-can-cheat-on-my-wife politicians (btw, I can’t wait for the shoe to drop on Joe Wilson…and what the rightwing will say to cover for him).
