Yeah, i realized that likely the term for racism is "to be predjucdeced agaisnt someone because of their race."

Rather then to be such against someone of a different race.

As such reverse racism couldn't exist since reverse racism would = no racism.

Maybe reverse racism is like hating your own race.

Self-hating racism.

That's the thing though.  Racism is hating someone because of their race.  This would include self hating racism.

For example, all things equal a black storeowner in chicago is more likely to hire a white person then a black person... and consiously acknowledge the fact that they'd rather hire a white person because they see the white person as less likely to screw it up.

Such things rarely play out though because "All things equal" situations don't come up in real life... once your in for that interview.... your race is the least of anyones problems.
