And N64 was beaten, so clearly the market didn't like it, also even if you argue inflation, Its still too expensive, why do you think used game sales are so strong

Used sales are strong because there is no reason to get a new game when they offer a warrenty and lower price.

Yet people still buy some games at full price, see the thing is if a person doesn't think a game is worth the $60 they'll wait for the used version, if a person thinks a game is worth full price they'll buy it new, which is why Nintendo keeps selling its games at full price
