I kind of thought it was obvious really, but I don't mind being blunt.

Liberals have perfected the art of exploiting racial tension to reap political gain. 

Strangely where I come from it is usually the conservatives who play the race card for political gain.

In recent memory particularly Don Brash who vowed 'one law for all' realising that a fairly large group of whites were upset with the amount of 'handouts' being given to the Maori.
