Well not exactly. You did commit a fallacy by assuming that all the far right ideologiy is built upon an element of racism. That is obviously a haste generalization. But you did not, in your wording, generalize that everyone in the far right is racist. Where they are getting that from is not true at all. You wouldn't have said elements... you would have said people. Meaning they had a straw man argument.
All that we do know about the far right is it has been moving slowly with racist nationalism and because of that there is a minority in it that have been using that nationalism as something to weed out races as American or not... as I explained. It's not the far right ideology as a whole or the far right people as a whole... but simply how the ideology has pushed a few into associating extreme nationalism with race.
