Not at all.
Both were rude and stupid but the question is what is the reason behind them being rude and stupid. One could be motivated by race and one by something else, in which case one is racist and the other isn't.
The fact is that we can't see into their heads so we can actually only guess at their motivation as neither of them were blatant enough for us to be definitive on whether they were racist or not.
