Maybe capcom will port it to other consoles...?

Not happening. Like naznatips said, it's ALL motion control. It wouldn't work with a normal controller. And like Faxandu said, if Capcom is happy that's all that matters.

Nothing is impossible dear .

Okami will be now also probably all motion control on the Wii, if this game was exclusive for the
Wii people would probably say it is impossible to port it to the PS2 because of its controls.

And what about Capcom is happy? It will makes Capcom sad if they will port it to a other
console?

You don't understand Konnichiwa, and it's very difficult to explain it to someone who hasn't played it, but suggesting this game can be played on anything but the Wii is like suggesting Metal Gear Solid 4 could be played on the Wii.  The game is built around the controls, rather than the controls implemented after the game was designed.  Because of this, it has a style of control that simply can't be done on the other consoles.  It's not a matter of sales, it's just not within the capabilities of analog sticks and buttons to play this game.

I can't explain it very well, but the clearest way to describe it is that each item is operated independantly of a specific control scheme because of motion controls.  What I mean is that the game can't give you a button set up like A uses the item, because every item is not only used differently but held differently and most items have many many uses.  The reason this works with motion controls is because the game simply has you perform the natural action with the controller.  It also requires you to think critically, and doesn't tell you what all you can do with each item.  To figure out what you can do with the items you again have to play around with the motion controls.

So, for those of you who haven't played the game, just take my word on this:  This game is only possible on the Wii.
