In the moment (without knowing what the disc will include) i don't feel ripped off.

 

There is DLC coming that will likely cost money and be included on the disc.

 

If you wait the retail price will drop also.

And?  The DLC will cost like $5, not the $15 difference between the two.  And when the retail price drops if it does, the DL version will probably drop as well.  I'm still struggling to see where you're getting ripped off by downloading a game for MUCH cheaper than you can buy the disc.
