No its not. FF13 releases in december in japan and on December 18th will have more than 1 million sales.

Resonance of fate, WKC, Star Ocean no release simaltaneously until 2010.

No game even has a chance at crossing over 1 million WW except MAYBE..... WKC, Resonance of Fate and Star Ocean 4(the latter 2 using both 360 and ps3)
