They haven't changed much that I've noticed.  "sticky white stuff" is even still in the game.  Though the Viscous Compound Longbow is now a Sticky Compound Longbow.  The voices have all stayed the same.

I dont know if I want to buy the game if I will get that stuff on my character lol
