To sum up....
SONY are being publicly shamed tonight about their attitude to consumers on the BBC Consumer show "Watchdog" over the coloquial Yellow Light Of Death issue on the PS3.
SONY are upset and some of the "cheap" tricks being used by the BBC to illustrate the problem and are listing a number of potential technical inconsistencies between fact and what they fear will be broadcast.
SONY are employing a big business cheap shot of their own by hinting at potential legal action.
