FFXIII Bundle

My reasons being that
A) Japan has a ridiculous otaku collector crowd. People who own the FF:Advent Children bundle will be buying this new bundle. It's pretty much a given that limited edition shit sells well in Japan. Hell, you sell a limited edition donkey dick faceplate 360 in Japan, it'll probably sell out.

B) MW2 bundle is a supplement. Special edition bundles, while selling well, aren't nearly as big a deal in NA. Plus, the video game collector culture is much weaker in NA.

However, there are a few issues I have with asking a question like this, because the question being asked doesn't address a few important points.

1) What is the supply? How many PS3 bundles vs. the MW2 bundles? If the FFXIII bundle sells through at 75% with a larger number, has it done better than a MW2 bundle that sells through 100%?

2) How do you intend to track it? We pretty readily get numbers for bundles from Japan, but not so with NA. NPD doesn't track seperate SKU sales on hardware, and VGchartz has been known to make mistakes so it seems like we will only have PR numbers to fall back on, which aren't fully reliable. And thats if we get PR numbers. So it seems like the FFXIII bundle will win by default, since on one hand we will have hard data, and on the other hand we will only have a approximate number (if that) that anyone can twist in their favor.

A final thought. FFXIII multiplat is unlikely to sell more than MW2 on 360 alone. Close, but not quite. That's just what I think will happen, but who knows. My thoughts are that the JRPG genre is in decline in the west, and while FF is big in Japan, it's no Dragon Quest there and the PS3 userbase is too small to get sales numbers in line with other FFs.
