Well, 4>10. If he's that big a fan he probably plays every day. At the very best, that's 30 day's he doesn't get to play. More than likely, a few of those times were in the old days when it did take a few weeks to get back. IT BROKE 10 TIMES! He's got a legitimate right to be fucking pissed! And so what if it's free. It takes time to pack that stuff up. Time = money. Nothing's free. Also, call me crazy here, but when I spend hundreds of dollars on something, I like it to work, I don't give a rat's ass how cheap it is to fix.

free is pretty cheap when it comes to repair costs
also the 360 can crack your disk if it has a misaligned DVD drive and actually had my second replacement crack a disc on me luckily for me it was only a $20 game
I do have a theory on why system red ringed on him 10 times from his accent I will assume he lives pretty far south Florida possibly it's very hot and humid also you don't know the state of his bedroom ventilation good ventilation can improve the lifecycle of any 360
