I'll say FF13 wins out...but the reason is because FF13 is a console exclusive to Japan, whereas MW2 isn't. Sure, MW2 might be the best seller on the 360 this holiday season, and this year, but at most, I see 600K-700K of these selling, while I see about 1 million in Japan for FF13 bundle.
