I own 4 out of the 5, I'm a big supporter and I could use a new theme. But the same principles that stops me from paying for themes alo stopped me from buying the last DLC. It just wasn't good enough, it was linear and boring (I've seen a playthrough on youtube). FO3 isn't linear and boring so you can be a big fan of FO3 and still not get the last DLC. A real shame 3 or 4 out of 5 isnt enough because this has little to do with being a fan.
