The one FF International I remember seeing some footage from only had English audio with japanese text (And Dissidia International is looking like that as well). Though SO4 obviously has a lot more room on the BR disc so hopefully they get that right and NeoGAF is right about the voices and text options.
Glad I didn't think too much of the game and could wait for the PS3 release. Might get it close to Japan's release date but still depends on what's around in terms of new games at that time.
