From the article interviewing a witness "The bus driver kept driving and just told people to sit down"
Bus driver should be fired imo. In a situation like this the bus driver is taking custody of the children and are their responsibility. When something like this happens you should pull over, get over the radio "I'm at blah blah and need assistance on the bus." and then control the children.
