Or maybe, it's because both are upcoming titles? This thread was actually inspired by the thread listing the top 5 upcoming games for 09 and how left dead 2 was on it but borderlands got honorable mention. Among other recent threads. Why would I go back in time to compare it to a mediocre game of the past? Seriously, quit trying. The only time I ever see you post is when you can scream "fanboy". Are there not enough out there for you to occupy your time or something?

Borderlands and L4D have NOTHING in common,why even compare? oh they have 4 player coop? and there coming out?

Both are billed as a 4 person co-op shooter. That has been the main selling point for each title and is more then enough to compare the two titles. So what's next, we can't compare modern warfare 2 with odst because one is in the future and the other is realistic? They too are extremely different, and offer different gaming experiances and have a much different presentation but I don't see you complaining when people compare those two titles.
