So I finally sat down and beat this game.
I bought it quite awhile ago, but due to not reading manuals I was immediately set back and didn't figure out many shortcuts in the game until it was too late to possibly get all 30 parts. Then about a week ago (my busy life prohibits a lot of game time unfortunately) I started over and easily pushed ahead never going down to a 1:1 ratio of parts:days. In the end I got the last part on day 27 and between both of my play throughs the newly revamped Nintendo Channel says I have spent ~13hrs on the game.
Probably 6 each time or so... idk, I'm sure my brothers/kids spent a little time playing. Ok, so now I'm ready for pikmin 2 Nintendo. Let's get that shit pushed to NA!!!
In the mean time I'll jump on the occasional Conduit online and finally play through LoZ:LttP. Nintendo Channel says I spent 1min on that one since I downloaded it, lol.
All in all I'd give the game an 8.5 for overall greatness. Could have been a little harder since I never repeated a day or died, but a couple of the puzzles took me a second or two to figure out. Though I'm sure I wasn't very efficient as I killed off about 800 pikmin, lol. 200 at least on the last boss.
