That is unholy bugshit insane, every word of it. You cannot mean what you just typed. Do you not believe in the principle of a punishment fitting a crime?

I've got to go to bed, work early. More on this tomorrow, but I just want to say this, the things I wish I could do to the pirating community is far worse than federal prison could dish out.

That said, no system of justice can work without being just.

What I WISH would happen to them, is not what SHOULD happen to them, so to answer your question, yes, the punishment should fit the crime. I say make them pay double, for pain and suffering, and then ban them from the internet, for taking advantage of it.

This is not in any way making the punishment fit the crime.
