I agree with the whole post. Only way Kayne will learn his lesson is when his gross income drastically decreases... So I say MTV and his record label should both fine him for as much as possible along with anyone who can get away with it. Booking agencies should refuse to work and book him and venues should poll their showings and find a replacement. Show him his attitude is not acceptable... If I where a venue manager I would definitely do it and make it publicly known... maybe others would follow.
