When Sam Fisher has been through even HALF of what Solid Snake has been through... then they should be compared seriously.

You know... CQC is roughly analogous to the Israeli hand to hand training...
CQC is a kind of Martial arts Marines used to be taught.

It's pretty effective style of hand to hand combat, but it's nowhere on the same level as what is taught to Delta Force or special forces in Israel. The shit Fisher uses is insanely useful in face to face encounters like what may occur in infiltration missions. Lets not forget Sam doesn't have a crazy genetic desease either and this man has been through some crazy shit... if you understood the kind of shit that the groups he was in did you wouldn't underestimate him so much. The only way Snake wins is in a firefight and even then that just equalizes things out.
