How bad is Lair????

So the title says it all. I've been in threads recently, and people keep talking about Lair being so bad.. I've seen it so much that I want to pick up a copy just to see how BAD it really is. 

So please, if you can, enlighten me on the reasons this game so bad. o_o; I just NEED to know.
