You know what's funny about this is that the same people that are criticizing MS for these kind of things are probably the same people that applaud and love Apple for the I'm a Mac and I'm a PC commercials for being clever.

Mac commercials bash on microsoft by pointing out the negatives of microsoft.  What they say are true.

I can point out 3 things on the slideshow that is blatantly false:

1) Where it says "The games you want (World of Warcraft)"; it states "no".  Windows games will work on Linux with tweaking.  No matter how much of a pain that is, you can still get them to work.

2) Where it says "Authorized support"; it states "no".  There are distributions of Linux with technical support, as stated earlier.

3) It says Linux is not safer than Windows.  Right now, Linux is safer than Windows.  It doesn't matter whether Linux is more secure or less exploited, right now it is more secure.

If you use the same criteria, then much of what Mac commercials say aren't true either. Nearly all of the downsides mentioned in Mac commercials are primarily experienced by inexperienced users. If you aren't going to sketchy sites and installing sktechy stuff, all of the claims of constant crashes/reboots/viruses aren't true. But both of these sets of adds target people that don't know anything. If you surf the internet like a moron, you'll get viruses and an unstable computer using Windows.. If you're new to Linux, your windows games won't work.
