So Ballad of Gay Tony will make up for what GTA IV lacked?

I think the majority of people that have played Grand Theft Auto four think it was a great game. It got a lot of awards and things like that. As of lack of guns, I think it had just as many as the other grand theft auto games, I am not sure though I may be wrong.
