I would say Batman currently because it is already been proven to be a fantastic game I absolutely loved it. Demon Souls.......who knows, it might suck.
Personally I would stick with Batman AA, and Uncharted 2. Perhaps Demon Souls could be a rental upon release. Just too many fantastic games out, and coming out.
