Should I Get Demon Souls or Batman : Arkham Asylum ?

I've never heard of Demon Souls. But a lot of my friends have Arkham Asylum & they love it. They have convinced me to get it when it comes out for PC.

BTW, are u a Batman fan? Cause if so, this seems like a no brainer.
