Decent review on IGN. Not as many extras as SF4 had, but it looks another good PC release from Capcom. The review mentions screen tearing- surely turning on VSync would solve that?
Anyway, in the UK, you can pre-order this for £16.95 from Zavvi (or about £16.35 if you go through Quidco/ Topcashback) which is cheaper than Amazon and much cheaper than Steam.
