I forgot to write my expectation about if sony will be able to get on top. I think that its almost impossible for sony to sell more than wii not because of the wii advance but because the wii has a broader audience, so even if they would have sold the same number up until now I dont think it would be possible. But, if sony wands get good reviews and good publicity it may be possible in the long run.
Talking about the Xbox tho, its an easy win for sony. They should already be higher in a year or 2 considering all theyre installed customer currently playing on PS2 waiting for a price drop or more advertising and hype about the PS3. Its funny, in 3 weeks how much social conception can change. For the last 2 weeks I keep hearing people wanting a PS3 instead of hearing some negative comment about it.
About the DS and the previous post, if Sony would price drop theyre console to 99$ they would sell a lot more than DS. But obviously they will not do that, so the DS will stay on top. Its not good for us that can afford a normal console tho. Its less costy for Devs to do games on portable and they still sell a lot because of the install user base, but in the end everyone prefer playing on a TV.
