It's most likely an issue with the Uncharted + Firmware 3.0 problem. It usually just freezes. I had this happen to me the other night after playing Uncharted for 2 or 3 hours. All I had to do was to reset it (always with the power button on the front), and it played fine for the hour or so it took to finish the game. But not to worry, Sony is aware of the issue is is currently working on a fix.
Somewhat off topic: Damn, Uncharted is fun. And I love the trophies and rewards.
