Nice to see you agree with what I said, but unfortunatly I don't agree with what you said. Largest marketshare does not equal a winner. The PS3 might have been better off at it's old price with corresponding marketshare, especially if the Slim is sold at a loss (which still isn't clear). Those last 80 million console owners will buy only a few games and most likely for half the price or from someone else (in which case Sony doesnt profit from it at all). So at the end of the day the real winner of this generation is Nintendo, they can sell aged hardware (Wii and NDS) for a relatively high price. Sony isn't out of the marketshare race just yet but Nintendo won this generation when it comes to profitability.
