I just don't know what to say, really... And I wasn't even the first person to notice all those things in my circle of friends! Barely try to play Crysis on minimum on a bad computer, and then try to play Crysis on minimum on a good enough computer. You'll see how different it plays!
By the way, I'm not saying the game sucks or will suck because of this. It would just be disappointing to see that the game that got me hyped for the next generation of consoles doesn't turn out to run better/look better than Gears of War 2 and Uncharted! I have high expectations for sure. I mean, the game took a long time to develop, it better be good!
