Any retail store or Amazon,  Amazon is pretty cheap. 

You should file a complaint with ebay, after you talk to the seller that is, you may get your money back.   The same thing happened to me,  I bought a memory stick on Ebay and it didnt work talked to the seller and he no longer existed.  But I filed a complaint with ebay and paypal and i got my money back.
