actually there is a second guy in the same district that got out on the same day, in the exact same way...
the reason this one is more talked about is because he was in there for a double murder (one of the victims was the daughter of an actor). However.... the guy was in prison since 2004 and had not yet gone to court... that was planned for 2010. Yeah French justice is great at ruining the lives of innocent people... not saying he was, but at least he claimed to be.
