guys.. just to clear this up, it is definitely 16:9 and 480p, as most people have already said, and as far as the fps goes.. here is a segment from a very, very recent interview with one of the creators
Aoyagi:
"Since I wrote the gravity program, I would like our players to have an experience like no other, running around all the weird-shaped planets. Also, as a programmer, let me say that I really worked hard to make the game run at 60 frames per second6, so I hope you'll enjoy the smooth animation."
